Does one thing very well.

I was looking for a simple app to record song ideas as quickly as possible and have them stored somewhere I can easily find them and not lose them. This is the app. I can wake up from a dead sleep and just launch the app with one finger, record and go back to sleep. And no iTunes sync to get my songs (which previously lost songs). Simple and beautiful app.

Record starts right when the app launches and stops+upload when you exit. Fast, simple and efficient. Perfect for capturing thoughts or important information even in critical situations. Love it !

It says it finished uploading but in fact, it did not completely. I cant open the data. How should I do?

Does exactly what is says, I use it every day to sene voice notes on Dropbox

The quality is bad. The standard recorder app has much better quality. Also you cant listen to recorded sounds without internet connection. Developers, please fix these!

So simple, straightforward and easy to use! I had problems transferring voice memos from my iPhone to my laptop. Not any more!! Ive told so many people about it!!

This app does one thing: record a voice memo and upload to DropBox. Thats what I wanted/needed, except: 1) There is no level indicator on the recording, so I dont have a visual of the audio levels while recording (like I do in Apples native voice memo app) 2) Theres no way to name the files within the app. 3) theres no way to see a listing of recordings Ive made or even play back a recording within the app.

Great app! I needed a tool that I can open and start recording automatically and save to the cloud automatically- and this was the one! Additional feature suggestion would be to set a maximum recording time and then auto-upload to DropBox after that time has ended. An added bonus would be to get an email when a file is upload to your DropBox

Needs a pause option to be 5star

This app needs access to your whole Dropbox to function. No way am I granting that! It should ask for access to just an Apps folder like, eg, KitCam and other utilities. Just wasted two bucks. :(

I love how my audio files get automatically uploaded to Dropbox, no additional steps needed. This way I have an independent location for my audio files so I dont have to worry about then

Lets get DropVox optimized for 4-inch displays, yeah? How hard could it be for this app? Works as advertised, but quit being lazy.

This app is pretty great at doing exactly what its advertised to do. But given how simple the app is, youd think it would be easy to update it for enhancements such as the ability to pause the recording, particularly when receiving phone calls. Currently the app just ends the recording if someone calls, which is a pain.

I used to use this app but it stop recording when you receive a call or even just a meeting invite. If you use this app be sure not to touch anything else. Also I noted that it upload the same file multiple times.

This app is so good but I wish in the next update you can record apps

This app is exactly what I have been looking for. I have found it to be perfectly reliable, Im not really sure what some of the other reviews are talking about. Been using this a while now and never had a problem unlike some similar that have your memos mysteriously disappear. If you are offline this app will hold it until you are connected so if anything you could get a few duplicates. But never lost!

Something as simple as a pause is not available.

Easy to use voice recorder with simple interface. Great for recording meetings but needs a pause button for dictation.

Good app. I use weekly. Would be nice to review in app before going to Dropbox. I want to be able to record, play, edit, then sync it. Pause for incoming call would be nice. Keep up great app support:)
